Guild Ship Delivery Materials Guide

• You can start building a Guild Ship once your guild reaches Level 2 or higher.
• Ships are built by delivering materials to the Cat Sailor NPC at the Colhen Shipyard.
• The total amount of Guild Tokens an individual can earn from delivering materials is capped at 30,000 per server.
• If you're a guild member and the ship is Tier 1 or higher, you can board it via the Cat Captain NPC at the dock.

Among Guild Ship materials, Tar, Glue, Rope, Sturdy Rope, Thick Cloth, Hard Wood, and the mushroom essences can't be bought from shops — they can only be made through crafting. There are four crafting facilities: Metalworking, Woodworking, Cloth Processing, and Chemistry. Since gathering and crafting take a long time, it's best to prepare in advance. The recipes below follow in-game listings.

Tar — Log x50 + Clay x25 → 5

Metalworking. One of the highest-consumption materials among those obtainable only through crafting (3,860 total across all phases).

Glue — Advanced Raw Hide x30 + Bottle of Water x10 → 5

Chemistry. Stock up on Advanced Raw Hide in advance.

Rope — Plant Fiber x45 + Beeswax x4 → 3

Cloth Processing. Beeswax has a weekly purchase limit, so it's better to gather it steadily.

Sturdy Rope — Rope x6 + Plant Fiber x90 + Beeswax x8 + Tar x3 → 3

Cloth Processing. Tier 3 Phase 8 construction requires 500 of these.

Thick Cloth — Thick Wool x50 + Advanced Wool x100 + Beeswax x2 → 3

Cloth Processing. Wool supply is often the bottleneck.

Hard Wood — Superior Wood+ x15 + Hard Log x30 + Tree Sap x30 → 3

Woodworking. Gathering Hard Logs takes a long time.

Pick the stage your guild is on now and your target stage, and it calculates the total materials to deliver in between and the total raw materials needed to craft the processed materials.

Total Delivery Materials

• All amounts are totals for the whole guild. Members can split the deliveries.
• Raw materials follow the recipes above, with the number of crafts rounded up.

The material quantities for Tier 3's Phase 2 and Phase 3 construction were reduced. There's no official announcement yet of further reductions for Phase 4 onward, and the figures in the table below follow in-game listings.

Tier 1 and Tier 2 ship materials were not changed, and materials already delivered are not refunded.

1. Assign the required materials for each tier to members in advance to reduce duplicate gathering.
2. For materials with long crafting times, like Tar and Glue, split members into gathering and crafting teams to work in parallel.
3. Reserving materials in Moanogi's Guild Ship menu shows in real time who is handling what and how much.
4. Double-check the material and quantity before delivering it. Materials can't be returned once delivered.

How many tiers does the Guild Ship have?

There are 16 construction phases in total — 3 in Tier 1, 4 in Tier 2, and 9 in Tier 3 (per in-game listings). As of September 2026, Tier 3 is the last tier, and a Tier 4 ship hasn't been officially announced.

Does one person have to gather all the amounts in the table?

No. The amounts in the table are totals for the whole guild to deliver together. Any guild member can deliver, so splitting up in advance who handles which material and how much keeps you from gathering the same material twice.

What if the material quantities don't match what's shown in-game?

Moanogi updates its data based on official announcements and in-game listings. If you notice a discrepancy, please let us know at moanogi99@gmail.com and we'll check and update it.

Does the Taiwan server have a Guild Ship?

Yes. After the regular maintenance on October 21, 2026, the Guild Ship (公會船艦) was added to the Taiwan server. Once your guild is Level 2 or higher, members can deliver materials together to build it in Tiers 1 through 3. Moanogi also shows the ship menu for guilds on the Taiwan server.

Can delivered materials be taken back?

No. The official announcement clearly states that materials already delivered are not refunded.
