Mabinogi Mobile's classes are divided into 6 categories, and each one starts at the apprentice stage before advancing into a specific class. Looking at your guild's class distribution in member management can help you plan party compositions and recruiting.

Class Advancement System
Every category starts at the Trainee class. Completing the advancement quest at character level 25 lets you choose an advancement class within your category, and once advanced, you gain that class's exclusive skills and emblem. After advancing, equipping another advancement class's weapon or emblem lets you switch to that class, and switching keeps your existing class's level and experience intact. Because of this, a guild member's class can change at any time, and Moanogi automatically updates it to the latest class every time you run the official ranking update code.
How to change class →Using This for Party Composition
Abyss and Raid runs go more smoothly when attack, healing, and support roles are evenly balanced. Checking your category breakdown in guild member statistics shows at a glance which roles your guild is missing, and you can specify the classes you need as a condition when posting a recruitment listing. Building a party by combat power alone can leave out healers and make clears harder, so it's worth checking class distribution alongside combat power.
FAQ
- Can I register all guild members' classes at once?
- Running the update code from the official combat power ranking refreshes every member's class and combat power in one go. Once you've registered nicknames, running the code afterward keeps everything up to date.
- Where can I see class distribution?
- You can check member counts and combat power distribution by category and class on Moanogi's guild member statistics screen.
- How are Taiwan server class names displayed?
- Switching the language to 繁體中文 (Traditional Chinese) shows the official Taiwan server naming. Data is stored under a unified internal standard, so switching languages doesn't mix up information.
- How are Japan server class names displayed?
- Switching the language to 日本語 (Japanese) shows the official Japan server naming (e.g. クロスボウ使い, 楽師, デュアルブレイド). As of October 7, 2026, the Japan server has 24 classes; Knight, Lightning Mage, and Dark Mage are not yet available.
