How to Redeem a Coupon
Korea server
- On the coupon redemption page, enter your member code, choose the server and character that will receive the reward, then enter the coupon code.
- In the game you can also redeem from the menu: [나의 혜택] (My Benefits) > [쿠폰 번호 입력] (Enter Coupon Number).
- The reward is sent to the mailbox of the character you chose.
On the Korea server, find your member code in the game under the top-right menu (≡) > [환경설정] (Settings) > [계정] (Account) > [이용자 정보] (User Info).
Official coupon redemption pageJapan server
- PC / Android: In the game, go to [環境設定] (Settings) > [アカウント] (Account) > [クーポン登録] (Coupon Registration), enter the coupon code, and choose the character to receive the reward.
- iOS: Go to [環境設定] > [アカウント] > [ユーザー情報] (User Info) and copy your member code (会員コード). Then go to [環境設定] > [アカウント] > [サポートセンター] (Support Center) > [クーポン] (Coupon) and enter the member code and coupon code.
- If the reward is not in your mailbox, go back to the character select screen and log in again with the character that should receive it.
Taiwan · Hong Kong · Macau server
For Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau server coupons, check the official website announcements. Moanogi does not automatically read the Taiwan official website.

- Where do the coupon codes come from?
- We read only the coupon code and validity period from event and notice posts on the official Mabinogi Mobile websites for Korea and Japan. Tap "Original notice" next to a code to open that announcement.
- What happens to codes that have expired?
- A code disappears from this list the moment the validity period in its announcement ends. It is also removed if time runs out while the page is open.
- I entered a code but didn't get the reward.
- Rewards arrive in the mailbox of the character you chose, and delivery can take a little time. Each coupon works only once per account, so also check whether you already used it.
